Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all customers with a smile.
• Upsell related items when appropriate.
• Monitor and rotate product to ensure freshness.
• Prepare food items according to branded regulations.
• Measure and weigh ingredients according to branded regulations.
• continually clean and sanitize equipment.
• Monitor temperatures of refrigeration and cooking equipment.
• Notify manager of equipment malfunctions or other problems.
• Adhere to Little General corporate policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
