Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, CO is seeking a full-time food service associate to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals. You will follow production records, perform advance prep, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen while meeting health standards.

Inventory control and teamwork with managers are essential to support efficient service. The role requires at least a high school grad with preferable healthcare or food service experience, and SERV certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv (Preferred).
• 1+ year of food service, healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification (SERV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals by following production records.
• Execute advance prep tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment and ensure health standards.
• Manage inventory by labeling, dating, rotating stock to minimize waste.

Job Description

Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals by following culinary production records, including short-order and batch cooking to ensure quality and temperature standards. Execute advance prep tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients for upcoming service periods and high-volume production needs. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health standards and recording temperatures according to regulatory requirements. Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock to support food safety and minimize waste. Collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational goals, communicate needs, and support efficient food service delivery. Other duties as assigned.
