Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise team members and oversee daily restaurant operations at PFJ locations in Findlay, OH. You will emphasize strong customer service and hands-on leadership to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience, be comfortable with calculator/computer tasks, and enjoy a dynamic schedule that includes nights, days, weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $14.20–$21.10 per hour.
