Pilot Company is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations across our travel centers. You will deliver outstanding customer service, train team members, and support managers to maintain clean, efficient facilities that guests rely on during their journeys.

This role offers starting pay between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, weekly pay, a nationwide medical plan, retirement options, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with restaurant operations
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Team player with ability to interact across levels
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
