• Requires frequent lifting or transporting hot food items.
• Ability to work inside kitchen area with heated equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to quality issues and pull items not meeting standards.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers at the serving line and address their needs.
• Ensure a clean work station and proper sanitation of utensils and areas.
• Dispose of waste correctly from the service line.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Participate in daily safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in areas as needed and assist with events as required.
