Qualifications

• Previous Food Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down stations as directed.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions for items served.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality standards.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitary serving utensils.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Participate in daily safety observations and report hazards.
