Job summary

Huck's Food and Fuel in Nashville is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead the execution of food service programs, assure product quality and sanitation, and drive store performance.

You will train staff, coordinate marketing communications, oversee POS materials, and monitor P&L while ensuring safe and compliant operations. This role follows a 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in food management.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex technical material with clear staff communication.
• Ability to calculate figures, percentages and formulas.
• Strong written business communication skills.
• Reasoning to solve practical problems with minimal direction.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manages execution/implementation of food service programs.
• Train operations staff on technical aspects of food service programs.
• Ensure marketing communications and POS materials are executed.
• Maintain operational food service equipment and safety programs.
• Monitor budget, perform P&L analysis and follow up on results.
• Communicate with store and division managers via multiple channels.
