Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, Redlands campus, is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker to prepare, present and serve food as needed. The role includes prep work, portion control, and serving customers with a friendly, efficient demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior food service experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule; AM/PM shifts available.
• Campus location in Redlands, CA.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
