Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed in Redlands, CA is hiring for part-time Food Service Utility positions. You will maintain kitchen areas and keep equipment clean, with days and hours varying. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, and open availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior food service utility/dishwasher experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles garbage containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet setup and front-of-house needs.
• Loads, unloads and delivers supplies and product as required.
• Distributes utensils and equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
