Job summary

Target in San Jose is seeking a Food Service Expert to support Food & Beverage areas, ensure product is fresh, in stock, accurately priced and signed, and deliver a guest-first experience. You will help guests, stock, and assist in operations while maintaining safety standards.

Training is provided to develop product knowledge and service skills. The role supports cash handling, merchandising, and compliant completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture in food.
• State and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Monitoring sales of products and adjusting production to drive efficiency, profitability and minimize waste.
