The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, experienced patient services manager for hospitals to our healthcare team in Meadowbrook. As a patient services manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated food service team, ensure that patients and their guests are satisfied, and guarantee that they receive healthy, delicious food.

What you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing the complete patient menu and meal delivery process to ensure that employees achieve the highest quality of all service standards.
  • Serving as a patient advocate and customer service specialist in all matters involving patient and family interactions.
  • Ensuring high quality, delicious, well-presented food is served in all areas, with a focus on patient meal service.
  • Assuming leadership responsibility for the department in the absence of the general manager.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Comfortable interacting with patients in an acute care setting.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong financial, budgeting, accounting, and computational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, menu management systems, and hospital systems.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment, preferably in patient and resident services.
  • Dietetics or Hospitality Management degree preferred; alternatively, equivalent related job experience.

Holy Redeemer Hospital - Meadowbrook Campus

Compensation Range:

Starting at $70,000 a year depending on experience
