Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an Assistant Manager for Food Service Operations at the Great Lakes galleys. You will supervise 20–100 staff, ensure meals meet contract standards, and uphold sanitary dining areas across shifts, including PM and AM schedules.

The role requires 2 years of college or equivalent experience, 5+ years in food service, and ServSafe certification. A reliable vehicle and a valid REAL ID are expected due to travel and Navy base access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food service operations.
• Must pass ServSafe exam and maintain qualification.
• Must be able to manage an hourly workforce of 20–100.
