Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Food Service Manager to partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing operations in the food service area.

You will focus on customer service, food safety, inventory, staff training, and merchandising while upholding company policies. This role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of food service experience, with flexibility for a.m., p.m., overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and manage operations in the food service area with General Manager.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on health and food safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, food quality, and equipment cleaning/maintenance.
• Train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities and merchandising.
