• Execute all fresh food and food service programs in compliance with guidelines, supporting the Store Manager.
• Manage selection, development, and training of department associates.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience, respond to guest inquiries, and solicit feedback.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of food service programs including ordering, production, and display.
• Meet or exceed food service and beverage performance and profitability goals.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Analyze results, develop action plans, and execute to improve profitability.
• Be an expert on marketing programs and educate staff accordingly.
• Train, coach, and manage food service associates, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, security, quality, and store operation policies are followed.

Additional Requirements -

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, work in coolers/freezers, stand for long periods, and use necessary equipment.
