Job Description:

One of Global Partner’s subsidiaries, Subway, an American Fast Food Franchise store primarily selling sandwiches, is looking for a Food Service Manager. The FSM manages all aspects of food service and beverage operations.

  • Meet or exceed food service profitability goals
  • Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and trend analysis
  • Be an expert on marketing programs and educate staff accordingly
  • Train and manage food service associates, including recruiting and performance management
  • Ensure safety, security, quality, and store operations policies are followed
