Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead a team delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service at our 24/7 locations. You will oversee daily operations, develop Team Members, and ensure meals are prepared safely and efficiently.

The role requires 21+ eligibility, a flexible schedule, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred). ServeSafe certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
• ServeSafe certification currently held or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by overseeing all tasks and duties of Team Members.
• Develop and mentor store team members through training and supervision.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food preparation and maintain clean self-serve options.
• Collaborate with Store Director and third-party inspectors to uphold operational excellence.
