Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule: 24/7 stores require flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: engage effectively with team members and provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Collected & Composed: remain calm under high pressure while delivering customer service.
• Effective Problem Solving: strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and create solutions.
• Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
• ServeSafe Certification: currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by overseeing all tasks and duties required of team members.
• Team Development: assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance: ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options.
• Operational Excellence: inspect facilities/equipment with the Store Director and third-party inspectors.
