Job summary

WILLOUGHBY-EASTLAKE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a District Floater for the 9-month, 5-day school calendar. The role runs 5.5 hours per day, roughly 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with an hourly pay range of $17.67–$21.65 according to the 2026-2027 salary schedule.

Primary Duties

This role involves acting as a fill-in manager when needed and supporting staffing operations throughout the district to ensure adequate coverage.

Job Description

Assist in all areas of food preparation, serving and cashiering. Perform related duties as required for special meal functions. The total kitchen and server staff are responsible for proper cleaning; to assist others as needed or directed, and at all times to maintain high production standards. The responsibility for the cheerfulness and productivity of people and attractiveness of the food and service is of utmost importance.
