Knowledge and ability to perform job function: Assist in meal preparation including, but not limited to, the use of commercial ovens, slicers, food choppers, and can openers. Assist in the serving of meals, cleaning of all food service areas, assists in handling foods and supplies, stands for long periods of time, and performs such other tasks and responsibilities necessary for the operation of the kitchen.
