Incentives

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with no evenings, nights, or weekends!

What You'll Do
  1. Oversee daily coffee and grab-and-go operations, ensuring high-quality coffee production, barista performance, and consistency in beverage standards.
  2. Support minor food production efforts, maintaining presentation and quality while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  3. Manage inventory processes including ordering, tracking, and restocking; ensure accurate and timely data entry into inventory management systems.
  4. Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies across all service areas.
  5. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming environment and addressing client and customer needs with professionalism and care.
  6. Lead and support one direct report, driving teamwork and operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
