Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; two years training in commercial food service and/or logistic systems; at least one year supervisory experience; general ServSafe knowledge.
• ServSafe Certification
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receiving, delivery and storage of food to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes for school sites.
• Assist with preparation and submission of orders and supplies.
• Oversee daily driver/stock clerk checklists and safety compliance.
• Supervise food service staff, stock clerks and drivers; provide training.
• Coordinate with Department of Education and Agriculture regarding inspections.
