Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving customers with a positive attitude. You will learn on the job under supervision, support station setup and breakdown, and contribute to a clean, safe kitchen environment.

You will lead line activities under guidance, ensure accurate portions, monitor temperatures, and engage with customers to ensure high-quality service across concessions and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification or equivalent food safety training.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items and dating products.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and monitor food quality.
• Take samples for quality checks before serving customers.
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized; manage waste disposal.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas; assist sanitation tasks.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards to management.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Work across concessions, catering, and events as required.
