Qualifications

• Must provide high level customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, portions, and directions precisely.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Capable of lifting and standing for extended periods in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitization practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and assist in food preparation and portioning for the day.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions for serving and maintain logs.
• Maintain clean work stations and sanitize utensils.
• Take samples and monitor quality; report issues to management.
• Greet customers and handle service inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Assist with safety observations and follow PPE guidelines.
• Cross-train across concessions, catering, and events as needed.
