Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation for the day and date products
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
• Ensure accurate portioning when preparing and serving items
• Maintain daily temperature logs
• Take samples of all items before serving
• Notify management of items not meeting quality standards
• Complete opening/closing station checklists
• Greet customers and gather feedback on service quality
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas
• Participate in safety observations and report hazards
• Cross-train in areas as needed
• Support concessions, catering, and special events as required
• Execute tasks assigned by supervisors or Aramark management
• Lead and advise line staff to ensure timely, high-quality service
