Aramark is hiring a Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving. With guidance from your manager, you will learn on the job and connect with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise teams.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting/moving hot items.
• Ability to work inside kitchen area with heated equipment, steam, loud noise, chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Lead and assist in daily food preparation and meal station setup.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality standards.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste properly and safely.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Support concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor to ensure timely service.
