Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down stations, cooking and preparing items per recipes, ensuring accurate portions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the service line. A team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.

• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting/transporting hot items.
• Comfort in a kitchen with equipment and noise.

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and otherwise prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
• Ask customers about service quality and address complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain clean work stations and sanitize utensils and areas.
• Dispose of waste from the service line accurately.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Participate in safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as requested by management.
• Lead staff on the line to ensure timely service and coordinate with utility staff as needed.
