Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Responsible for use of accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and solicit feedback on service quality.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitized utensils.
• Dispose of waste from the service line properly.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Participate in safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in needed areas.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Lead the team on the line to ensure timely service and coordinate with support staff.
