Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification or equivalent food-safety training required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in the preparation of foods for the day.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Assist with portions accuracy when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and ensure sanitation standards.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards to management.
