Formación

• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting of hot food items.
• Comfort working in a busy kitchen with heat, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assist in daily food preparation and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management and pull items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
• Ask customers about service quality and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work station (floors, areas, equipment, walls, refrigerators, blocks).
• Ensure all work areas and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Dispose of waste from the service line accurately.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards to management.
• Cross-train in areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks requested by management weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
• Lead on-line staff to ensure timely service; request support for sanitation as needed.
