Aramark in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Food Service Worker Lead to oversee line operations, assist with food prep, portion control, and serving customers with a positive attitude. You will learn on the job under the guidance of your manager and contribute to a friendly, efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities include leading the line, coordinating station setup and cleanup, maintaining temperature logs, ensuring accurate portions, handling customer feedback, and upholding sanitation

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting required.
• Ability to work in a kitchen with heat, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Lead food prep and station setup for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all items before serving.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and address service feedback with a smile.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitation of utensils and areas.
• Dispose of waste properly and coordinate supplies between areas.
• Support safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train for additional duties as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks requested by supervisor or management.
• Lead and advise line employees to ensure timely service; request sanitation support as needed.
