Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead for Store 129. This full-time role oversees a foodservice area, ensures safety and cleanliness, and drives guest satisfaction while managing deli and beverage sections.

You will work 5AM-12PM shifts and must be able to handle POS transactions, stock products, and maintain accurate temperature and safety records. Local state compliance and alcohol/tobacco sales know-how are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice operations.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and manage food safety.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience for every guest.
• Maintain foodservice areas and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Stock and rotate food items, manage dipside and deli areas, and assist with ordering to prevent outages.
• Train staff on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately and securely.
