United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 168 in Cincinnati, OH. This on-site role supports the Food Lead duties and store responsibilities from 4am to 12pm five days a week. The position requires food safety compliance, strong customer service, and accurate POS handling.

The role emphasizes maintaining clean, stocked foodservice areas and assisting guests with the Hi Five experience to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsabilités

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is prepared for Guests at all times.
• Prepare shakes, malts and dip-side items; manage dip cabinet and food preparation with correct dating and freshness.
• Operate POS system accurately, process transactions and handle payments.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness; ensure proper rotation and dating of food products.
• Maintain temperature logs and food safety practices across all foodservice areas.
• Ensure proper training of associates on foodservice programs during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to ensure all store associates are trained on foodservice programs.
