Qualifications

• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation.
• Food Handlers Permit as required by local regulations.
• Excellent customer service with strong communication.

• Ability to read and analyze basic spreadsheets.
• History of leading by example and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and invite them back.
• Complete all food ordering for the store.
• Maintain prep levels and food, check daily.
• Train Fast Food Team Members on programs and promotions.
• Sample products to drive sales and offer coupons.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and report maintenance.
• Review KPI dashboard weekly and share insights.
• Complete waste sheets and temperature logs daily.
• Follow sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Participate in store meetings and present food material.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
