Responsabilités

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and safety practices.
• Take samples for quality checks and alert management for issues.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and address questions about service quality.
