Job Purpose:

To ensure the food service area operates smoothly and profitably while delivering top-quality food and customer service, following company guidelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Open and prepare the food service department during operating hours.
2. Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
3. Communicate effectively with store associates.
4. Follow all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Manage food preparation to minimize waste while ensuring sufficient supply.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Treat all associates with dignity and respect.
• Report personnel issues or policy violations.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App.
• Ensure proper merchandising and inventory levels.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure the food service area is clean and sanitized.
• Follow safety procedures, including ladder use and proper lifting techniques.
