Job summary

UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Food Service Host to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. You will interact directly with patients to help ensure they receive nutritious meals and an outstanding dining experience during their hospital stay.

You will assist with meal selection, deliver meals, verify patient IDs, and maintain sanitation and safety standards while delivering compassionate service to patients, residents, or guests.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working directly with people and provides outstanding customer service.
• Has experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
• Experience serving patients, residents, or guests is preferred.
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Food Service Host (Limited Part-Time) - UPMC Williamsport

Make a Difference Through Exceptional Service!

UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Food Service Host to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. In this role, you'll interact directly with patients to help ensure they receive nutritious meals and an outstanding dining experience during their hospital stay.

Schedule

• 8 hours per week

• Shifts scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Please note: We are not considering high school students for this position at this time.

What You'll Do
