TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee food service operations across multiple facilities in the Colorado Springs area, ensuring compliance with health codes and company procedures. You will manage teams, supervise procurement and cost controls, and report to the Director of Projects.

Relocation support is provided for candidates willing to move to the Colorado Springs area. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, on-site reporting, and adherence to internal standards to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School diploma/GED plus equivalent experience required.
• SERV Safe Certified.
• At least five (5) years of food service experience in a correctional setting.
• We prefer previous multi-unit supervisory experience.
• Must have experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving and cost control.
• We require proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Ensure all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity.

About This Position

This person must be located in the Colorado Springs/Pueblo, CO area or be willing to relocate to to this area for the position. Relocation assistance will be provided.

The General Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities associated with running multiple facilities (at least 2 or more). This includes ensuring all team members are adequately trained and able to perform job responsibilities. It also involves managing food service operations and ensuring they comply with internal procedures, and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Furthermore, it includes ensuring all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity data.

You will work onsite. You will report to the Director of Projects.
