Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Colorado Springs/Pueblo, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead multiple facilities and oversee food service operations. This onsite role requires ensuring compliance with procedures, safety, and reporting daily and monthly metrics.

We offer premium benefits and relocation assistance where needed; candidates should have a SERV Safe certification, five years of correctional food service experience, and strong cost-control and purchasing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School diploma/GED plus equivalent experience required.
• SERV Safe Certified.
• At least five (5) years of food service experience in a correctional setting.
• Prefer previous multi-unit supervisory experience.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving and cost control.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage team members in general food service practices.
• Direct team members to ensure job-related rules and security guidelines are enforced.
• Maintain product service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
• Manage food service operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures and laws/regulations.
• Ensure a sanitary food service environment by following codes and regulations.
• Maintain on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity data.
• Maintain contract compliance and cost control.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position

This person must be located in the Colorado Springs/Pueblo, CO area or be willing to relocate to this area for the position. Relocation assistance will be provided.

The General Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities associated with running multiple facilities (at least 2 or more). This includes ensuring all team members are adequately trained and able to perform job responsibilities. It also involves managing food service operations and ensuring they comply with internal procedures, and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Furthermore, it includes ensuring all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity data.

You will work onsite. You will report to the Director of Projects.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Manage team members in general food service practices

• Ensure all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity.
• Maintain contract compliance and cost control.
• Maintain valid ServSafe Manager certification.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
