Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Food Service Director to lead our dietary department, ensuring nutritious, delicious meals and top-tier food safety for residents. You’ll oversee kitchen operations, mentor a culinary team, and partner with clinical staff to promote wellbeing.

This role requires a strong leader with long-term care or skilled nursing experience, ServSafe certification, a high school diploma, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification.
• 2-3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous kitchen management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Food Service Education Background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic computer proficiency.
