Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care setting. You will oversee menu planning, food safety, staffing, and daily operations to deliver nutritious, tasty meals with compassion.

The role requires strong leadership, ServSafe certification, and experience in skilled nursing facilities. You will coach teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to drive quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification.
• 2–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous kitchen management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Food Service Education Background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic computer proficiency.
