Job summary

Consolidated Management is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily food service operations for the Red Willow County Sheriff's Office, ensuring high-quality meal production, strong client relationships, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

You will lead the kitchen team, manage inventory and ordering, train staff, and work to minimize waste while maintaining exceptional service levels and compliance with all health regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
