Responsibilities :
Technical Skills
Education
A Culinary degree and/or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred. The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality field.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years in food service management preferred.
Knowledge of Glat-Kosher cooking is a plus.
