A dynamic food service management company is seeking a Food Service Director for Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC. This role encompasses operational management, menu planning, budgeting, and ensuring food safety standards are met. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Food Service Directoris responsible for planning and managing food service across the entire campus. In conjunction with direct reports, (s)he shall develop strategic operations plans aligned with the client's mission, vision, and objectives to include sustainable practices while balancing the fiscal constraints of the operation.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years multi unit experience in dining,retail and or catering operations.
