A prominent food services management firm is seeking a Food Service Director for the Johnson C. Smith campus in Charlotte, NC. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Food Service Director is responsible for planning and managing food service operations across the campus. In collaboration with direct reports, (s)he will develop strategic operational plans aligned with the client's mission, vision, and goals, including sustainable practices while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of multi-unit experience in dining, retail, or catering operations.
