Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Service Director located in Rutland, VT. The Food Service Director will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Daily tasks include managing food preparation, handling P&L (profit & loss) management, and overseeing budgeting and food & beverage operations. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and adherence to safety and health regulations.

  • Skilled in Food Preparation and maintaining high standards of food quality
  • Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
