Job summary

Food Service Director

Job Purpose:

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the food service program, including both the front and back of house. This includes management of menus, staffing, inventory, budget control, food handling, preparation, storage, safety, and sanitation to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience.
