Excel Care in Newark, DE is seeking a hands-on Food Service Director to lead the dining program and deliver meals residents look forward to.

You will plan menus, manage kitchen and dining operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coach dietary staff to maintain high-quality service.

Collaborate with clinical teams to support resident care plans and dietary needs, while building a hospitality-focused team culture.
