Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to oversee daily operations, plan menus, and ensure high-quality service for residents and patients. You will lead a diverse team of cooks, servers, and dining staff, while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

• 1–2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership, team management, and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
