Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Food Service Director to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team in Minnesota. You will manage meals, inventory, labor, and costs while upholding HACCP and sanitation standards. Strong leadership and ability to coach staff are essential.

Experience in food service supervision and familiarity with reporting systems are required; ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (HACCP, USDA, OSHA).
• ServSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
