Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the campus dining operations at Barbara Harris Center in Greenfield, NH. You will oversee a team, manage operations, ensure safety standards, and drive service quality to keep customers fed and satisfied.

The role requires leadership, robust communication, and strong managerial skills, with compensation up to $70,000 depending on experience. This onsite position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
• The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated, effective food service director to our Dining team in Greenfield.
